I personally love watching it at home with my family, or with friends over a few beers. Today, I'm going to introduce some places where you can feel the excitement of football and enjoy some drinks. I'll be introducing three places in Mapo-gu and Seodaemun-gu, so how about heading there for the next game?

Brewheim (Mapo-gu)

Let me introduce you to Brewheim, located a 4-minute walk from Hapjeong Station. Brewheim is a comfortable dining pub that pursues the concept of 'travel,' offering a different experience every time you visit. They offer a variety of craft beers from small breweries across the country, each brought in one keg at a time, as well as selected wines and pizzas and various dining menus made with care. They say that the beers are always kept clean and fresh, with a Certified Beer Server replacing each keg with a new beer once it's empty, so you can rest assured. With a large screen and great sound system, it's a fantastic environment to enjoy football. They are not accepting reservations for this Asian Cup, only walk-ins, so if you're interested, be sure to head there early!

낭만오지 (Nangman Oji) (Mapo-gu)

Let me introduce you to '낭만오지 (Nangman Oji),' located a 4-minute walk from exit 5 of Sinchon Station on Line 2. As its name suggests, you'll find traces of Australia scattered throughout the place. They offer a variety of delicious dishes you can't help but love, like chicken, pizza, pasta, and tteokbokki (spicy rice cakes), and a wide selection of drinks, including beer, whiskey, and wine. They say the side dishes are so good that you could easily have them as a meal, so feel free to try a variety!

Newtown (Seodaemun-gu)

Let me introduce you to Newtown. It's located a 7-minute walk from exit 2 of Sinchon Station. They describe themselves as a 'craft beer specialist gastropub & tap house run by Korean beer sommelier champions.' They offer 28 types of draft beer and over 100 types of bottled beer, including some rare and hard-to-find varieties. Apparently, the owner is a football fan, and they even have signed jerseys of players on display, along with three large monitors. However, for major match days, they don't take reservations and operate on a first-come, first-served basis, so keep that in mind. If you're looking to enjoy football and some special beers, I recommend Newtown!
