Apple Store Finally Opens in Hongdae?!

Hello everyone! Today, I have some exciting news to share. Did you know that an Apple Store is finally opening in Hongdae? Hongdae will be the 7th Apple Store in Korea, the 100th in Asia, and the 537th worldwide. Looking at the store photos, it seems like it's all finished and ready to open. While it might be a bit smaller in size, it seems to blend harmoniously with the newly constructed building.

It's located about 150 meters from Exit 9 of Hongik University Station. The area is packed with major brands, including Samsung Store, Nike, Adidas, and Musinsa Standard. Hongdae is already a popular spot, but I wonder how many more people and diverse crowds will be drawn with the addition of the Apple Store.

Apple Stores also host 'Today at Apple' workshops, which are programs where you can learn skills related to using Macs and iPads. At the new Hongdae Apple Store, they'll be hosting an exclusive session called 'Pop-Up Studio: Experience Freeform on iPad with Beenzino'. It's scheduled to take place every day at 5 PM for a month, only at the Hongdae location. If you're interested, you might want to book a spot.

Can you see that cool Apple logo? If you look closely, you'll notice the word 'Hongdae' is hidden within it. They've cleverly incorporated the name 'Hongdae' into the Apple logo while also capturing the graffiti style characteristic of Hongdae. They're planning to give out commemorative gifts as part of the grand opening event. During the last Apple Store opening in Hanam, they gave out tumblers featuring an Apple logo inspired by the Han River. They were so pretty and collectible that I really wanted one...
