In my opinion, the highlight of Season 3 is the love triangle surrounding Jihyun. Jihyun received the most attention from the male participants. Among them, she struggled to make a decision between Inwoo and Kangyeol until the very end. She displayed a comfortable and well-matched chemistry with Inwoo, while with Kangyeol, she experienced the excitement that came from their differences.

Among them, I found Kangyeol, who appeared as the 'megi' (a wildcard participant), particularly impressive with his straightforward approach towards Jihyun despite his seemingly indifferent nature. Their timing was also perfect. On the days when the female participants had to choose tickets for a date and when they had to secretly request a date, they were fortunate with both luck and timing. Their school uniform date at Lotte World and the hot pack signal have become legendary scenes. They truly evoked feelings of romance. ㅎㅎ

In truth, Heart Signal Season 3 was embroiled in controversy from the very beginning. When the poster was released, allegations of school violence against two participants were raised even before it aired. Despite the ongoing debate about the truth, the show continued to air without edits. However, the controversy didn't end there. After the broadcast, the past violent actions of one participant were revealed, and recently, another participant has also been embroiled in a drug-related issue.

Season 3 was as entertaining as Season 2, making the controversies all the more unfortunate. I believe that it's impossible for the production team to be fully aware of every detail of a participant's past when selecting them for the show. However, the criticism against school violence perpetrators appearing on broadcast is not unfounded. Considering the significant influence individuals on television have, it seems essential to be more thorough in the verification process.
